This is how the Results & Replacement Guarantee works:

  1. Registration : To take advantage of our Results & Replacement Guarantee, please register your product immediately after purchase using the unique serial number included with each product.
  2. Free replacement : If you're unable to install the noglass® despite following our instructions, we'll send you a free replacement. We'll help you ensure your device is optimally protected.

What we need from you:

  • Problem description : Briefly explain what went wrong.
  • Your order number : So we can quickly track your purchase.
  • Photos (optional, but helpful): Send us photos of the issue so we can better understand it. If the film has already come off, please send us a photo of the removed item. A photo of the noglass® is required in all cases so we can verify your claim. If you want to continue protecting your device until the new film arrives, please keep this in mind.
